Wrong (empty) database on one device

    I have been using and loving Tap Forms on my iPhone and iPad for 10 months.

    Suddenly today there is no data on my iPhone. Ipad still ok. When I sync on iphone it comes up empty. The long dB number on my iPhone is not the same as the database on my phone. It was an old database I was practicing on 10 months ago.

    How can I get the right database on my phone?

    Hi Lynne,

    Close the database document by tapping on the (v) button at the top-left of the screen. Perhaps you have another one there with the same Document ID (db- value) as the one on your iPad?

    If not, use the Send Document function on the iPad to re-send a copy of it to your iPhone.

    The Send Document function is situated on the main Documents screen. Tap the action menu button and then tap Send Document, then tap the document you want to send. You’ll be asked for which device you want to send the document to. Make sure your iPhone is sitting on the main Documents view in Tap Forms and then tap the iPhone on your iPad. The file will be sent to your iPhone. Tap on it to open it up. If it shows up empty, close it and re-open it. The data will be there.
