Is there a way to view the entire history of a record? I know you can expose the date a record was created or modified, but it would be super helpful to be able to view a history of all changes including date/time, field that was changed and the values.

I’m sorry but Tap Forms doesn’t keep track of change history like that, so it’s not possible to get that data. At least not easily. Technically speaking it’s inside the sync files that it generates, but those files are only accessible during a sync operation right now.
