Thought I would upload this if people need something like it. The Vehicle Tracker template is the main file and the other 4 templates should be linked to it.
For tracking vehicle info, maintenance, yearly mileage, payments and accidents. Modify to fit your needs.

New guy here. How do you open this template?
When double-clicking (any of them) it takes me to a webpage that says “OOPS”
When I open from within Tap Forms, the documents are all ghosted.
(I’m using Version 5.3.45 (Build 1910))
Download the attached zip file then double-click on it in the Finder to decompress it.
Then create a new document in Tap Forms (or open an existing document) and use the Import Form Template command in the File menu to import each .tff file.
