Using Fields on child form in calculations on parent

Other than pulling down on the list view. How do I get the calculations to appear on parent form

Hi Tim,

Generally when you make a change to a value on the child record that is involved in a Calculation formula on the parent record, the parent record will automatically update its value when the record is displayed again.

Which version of Tap Forms is this not working on for you?

Just tried again. It doesn’t update unless you pull down on list view to re calculate

Ok, thanks for that. I’ll investigate. I know that I had to put a bunch of provisions in the Mac version to tell Tap Forms to force a calculation update on related records. Need to do it on the iOS version too.

Thanks Brendan. I know your applications keep improving and I understand they have alot of moving parts. I keep coming back to Tapforms for its ease of use and the icloud syn between devices
