Kimberley HoffmanParticipantFor some reason, not all of my dates or date & time entries are showing up on the calendar. If I follow your instructions, it should. I would like to be able to see the posts I want to schedule for social media.
I am also noticing that the calendar view is greyed out when I have tags activated, and I cannot access it. Why?
Thanks,

BrendanKeymasterIt’s not quite clear from your first screenshot what the issue is. You cut off the “Arrange by” popup button so I couldn’t see clearly what date field you’re using to populate the Calendar view.
Also, tags are only useful with the Single Column List View because they can show multiple forms records at the same time. All the other views are dedicated to showing a single form’s records. It’s not a bug. I designed it that way.

Kimberley HoffmanParticipantIsn’t there some way to see everything without using “Arrange by”?
For my blog funnel, I schedule 5 weeks of social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram. To do this, I set up entries Instagram Week 1, Instagram Week 2, Instagram Week 3, Instagram Week 4, Instagram Week 5; and the same for LinkedIn. I would like to be able to view all of these entries simultaneously on the calendar; but, currently, I cannot. Or maybe I don’t know how.Because I also have some overlapping with my blog funnels, I want to be sure that I haven’t overloaded certain days with competing posts. Do you see what I am trying to do?
Thanks,

BrendanKeymasterAt the moment there’s only one field that can be assigned to the Arrange By popup button. But that would probably be a good feature enhancement to allow you to select multiple Date fields to be represented on the calendar view.

Kimberley HoffmanParticipantYes, I agree. I do appreciate the »Arrange by« feature; but, I think many people would like to have a »see all« schedule view. There are only so many things you can do in one day — and even though I try to do more than that, I know that I have to hold my horses and readjust my schedule when I get overambitious.
