I am new to Tap Forms so not sure if this is possible or not. I would like to to allow people to view a form, but not be able to alter any fields. So read-only access. is this possible?
I think it’s possible. In the right-hand window, under “Form Details,” you can set access rights at the very bottom.
Personally, I would like to be able to make certain fields invisible to users (for example, prices).
It’s a macOS only feature for now. And it’s done on a per form basis. At some point I’d like to make it a document level permission and also bring it to iOS.
