 Mark MoranParticipantI purchased the Mac version from your site and the iOS version from the app store about 2 months ago. “If you purchased Tap Forms 5 within the past 6 months of installing Tap Forms Pro, you’ll be given an offer to use Tap Forms Pro for 6 months for free. Plus a two week trial period when you choose the yearly subscription option. As long as you have Tap Forms 5 installed on your device, Tap Forms Pro will detect that and will display the offer.” I don’t see the offer? -

 BrendanKeymasterHi Mark, Ah I see. Ya, unfortunately Tap Forms Pro cannot detect the receipt from the Mac App Store if you purchased directly because there’s no Mac App Store receipt on your system for Tap Forms 5. That’s why it didn’t offer the discount. In my Pricing FAQ I mentioned if you purchased directly to contact me and I’d set you up with the discount. So email me and I’ll help you out. Or, since you bought the iOS version too, check there to see if you are offered the discount. It would apply to both macOS and iOS if you choose the iOS + macOS subscription option. To get to the paywall on iOS, go through the onboarding screens, then make a new document, then tap the (+) button to create a new form and you’ll see the paywall screen appear.
