Martha MontgomeryParticipantI have 2 unusual things happening:
1) When I copy a record that includes quotations in a field (e.g. 7″ for 7 inches), it adds an extra quotations each time it is copied. (e.g., 7″ becomes 7″” then 7″”” then 7″””).
2) I have set the column view fields to 3 which provides the view I want. When I move my cursor, the view flips to 2 (i.e., it does not keep the view I want). See attachments. The first one is the view I want which is right after I click on 3. The second screen print is after I move my cursor (don’t click anywhere…just move my cursor)

Martha MontgomeryParticipantStrange as 2) above has been happening for the last few days and again today. Tap Forms Pro crashed and reopened and now it is working like I expected. However, going between the column/spreadsheet view and the record/default view produces some “wacky results” – sometimes data disappears (noticed mainly with the date and amount field)…I click off and click back on the record and it typically reappears. Also, the 2 views get out of sync (column/spreadsheet vs record/detailed) view. I thought this was a fix already implemented, but perhaps not? I am on Mac version Build 327. No updates are showing as available.

Martha MontgomeryParticipantAdd update: All of the records I added this afternoon are now gone after I closed the database and re-entered…15 in the last set of data entry. About 10 from earlier today. I think the deletions have something to do with the views being out of sync. The last thing I did was add photos to the records. I guess I need to wait for the fix I saw you mention in one of the other posts as I do not think it has been released yet.

BrendanKeymasterYa, unfortunately Apple is dragging their heels on this next update. I’m going to call them again tomorrow so I can figure out what’s going wrong. They haven’t told me anything. I even applied for an expedited review. But still nothing. Both the Mac and iOS apps are currently “In Review”.
Also, try clicking on the little table edit button to the right of the (+) button. You can specify which fields and in what order you want them to appear on the records list view. It’s similar to that same control for the Multi-Column List View, but it now works to let you control what’s displayed on the Single Column List View.
