    Hi,
I have bought both Mac and iOS version of TF5, and migrated from TF4 iOS. I enjoy using your great app since then. But I think there’s a bug in search feature. It doens’t work when I type korean character. Even there’s a recored with that name, it doesn’t show up in the list. I wonder if I misunderstand the search feature of search box or it is truly a bug.

There is a bug which has prevented the search index from being created on some systems. If you switch your computer’s language to English, then launch Tap Forms and open your document, then Tap Forms will create the search index. I have fixed this for the next update. But one other issue that remains is the general search will find items that start at the beginning of a word, not in the middle of a word unless you use the advanced saved searches function.

For example, Tap Forms will find “Apple” if you specify a search term of “Ap” but it won’t find “Apple” if you specify a search term of “ple”. That’s because “ple” is in the middle of a word and not at the beginning of a word. The search index uses spaces, punctuation, and carriage returns to determine one word from another.
