    I have one record in my database with the date of 05-01-17. When I entered search criteria of 05-01-17, the record is not returned. Hmmmm

    Hi Tim,

    What comparison operator are you using?

    Try “is on or after” to see if it picks it up.

    can I not do a simple find by entering 6/1/17? Just using a general search

    No. Date fields can’t be searched using the general search. Only textual and numeric type fields.

    Use the advanced search function to search on dates.
