Trial version of 5 won't start

    I have downloaded the trial version of 5. Opened once. Never again. I need to sort this out quick to see if Tap Forms will meet my needs before the end of the discount pricing. How can I get the trial version to work again?

    The startup screen gives confusing info. It says I have 10 days remaining (good) but there’s a solid blue bar (seems to indicate the trial period is over). When I click on “continue trial” it all closes and shuts down.

    Any ideas what to do?

    Hi Mathew,

    Try version 5.0.1

    If that doesn’t work, try deleting the following folder:

    ~/Library/Containers/com.tapzapp.tapforms-mac

    You can find that folder by pressing the option key in the Finder while clicking the Go menu. You’ll find an option appear for the Library folder. Select it and then navigate to the above folder.

    Then launch Tap Forms again.
