    Hi Brendan

    I am trying to set this up but under security settings it is greyed out. It is set to on from the padlock on the main file screen? I also want to set encryption with a decent password, but want to use touch id so I don’t have to enter it every time!

    Also, with it set to using the padlock, the app still opens without asking for touch id?

    Do you have the latest macOS Sierra installed? Do you have a MacBook Pro with Touch ID?
