Long time user of Tap Forms for tracking activities of daily living. This involves a lot of entries on the iPhone involving the time picker.
In Tap Forms Pro, I don’t know if this is a bug or a “feature.” Whatever, it is very annoying. For many of the entries, the default current time is appropriate, but there are many entries where it is not–so I need to enter the desired time via the time picker.
When tapping on the highlighted time entry in the edit window, the scrolling window for selecting times does appear. But as soon as I make one change to either the hours or the minutes column, the window closes. That means it has to be opened again and select the rest of the desired time value. If I tap on the scroll picker, a keyboard opens up, and the same problem happens. As soon as one value is entered, the window closes and I must repeat the whole process to finish the minutes part of the time entry. This was not the functionality in Tap Forms 5.
Please, if this is a “feature,” then give us a way to turn it off and revert back to how Tap Forms 5 processed time entries.
Hi Kenneth,
Oh yes, that is annoying. I’ll fix that. Clearly a bug.
Thanks,
Brendan
Ok. Fixed for the next build.
