TF Pro showing different count of records

Hi,

after creating my 5th account (because the forum keeps deleting my accounts) and clicking on cats for half an hour (because creating an account isn’t as streamlined as it should be in theory), this is my question:

I have opened an exported archive from TF 5 and migrated it in to TF Pro. Now when I check the number of records, TF 5 says 1600 in total and TF Pro says 887 but displays only 10.

The current search in TF 5 shows 887 records and TF Pro only 3. (The saved search at the bottom)

Am I “holding it wrong”?

Sorry for the troubles you had with the forum.

I’d like to figure out why you’re not getting the full list of records imported. Would you be able to email me a Tap Forms 5 archive file (.tfarc) so I can try migrating it here? Send to support@tapforms.com

As for the 10 records, that’s just the limit displayed when you haven’t yet subscribed. Once you subscribe, even for just the 2 week free trial), the full list of records will display.
