Text replacement

In Tap Forms 5 and oher Apple products, any text replacements listed in the Keyboard settings in System Settings work: in a text field one types, say, an abbreviation and the full word appears. In Tap Forms Pro the text replacements do not activate.

Hi Michael.

Oh that’s very strange. I use them all the time to type Tap Forms Pro. But ya, I see for some reason they’re not being activated. I’ll investigate that.

I have just updated to 1.0.5 but still text replacement is not working reliably.

Any news on this ?

Under the Edit / Substitutions menu, do you have Text Replacement enabled?

Yes but sometimes it works and sometimes not. When not working, if I uncheck “text replacement” then it works until the next time, when I have to check it again and so on… Endless loop.

On Mac 1.0.6, I still have the issue of test replacement not working OK, as described here above.

Any clue ?
