Template for a tape recorder

Hello,
my name is Ralf and I’m living in Germany (excuse me for my poor English but the schooltime is very long in the past).
My hobby is music from the 70th (Rolling Stones, Mountain, Grand Funk, Ginger Baker etc.) and I have a lot of records saved on tape recorder (maybe you know the great machines like Akai, Teac, Sony, Revox and others).
I’m looking for a template to manage the tapes, I don’t found it with “Search”. I hope that someone can help me.

Hello Ralf,

As long as you know what kind of information you need to store, creating a form with the right fields should only take a few minutes.

I would think you would want Song, Artist, Album, Release Year, Tape Number, etc.

Maybe even a photo field showing the actual physical tape.
