    Hi,

Is there a solution to delete or move to another database/field the task when the check mark is true (when the task is done) ?
    Thanks all :-)

    My best

I would use a saved search to only show tasks that have the checkmark not set, eg false.

There is a longer thread about this in the archive: https://www.tapforms.com/forums/topic/moving-records-to-other-forms/

    Cheers, Daniel

    Hi Ioshen,

I’m not sure how you can get much cleaner than Saved Searches. That’s letting Tap Forms do the organizing work for you. Letting it filter the records for you based upon values in fields is a great way to organize records. At least IMHO.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hey Brendan,

    Thank you :-)
Saved seearches are very powerful but it’s not what i expected.
I wonder if we can do like a GTD app, if the task is checked, there is event after (color change, archive, move,…)
Maybe it’s possible with a script!?

Certainly you can do this with a script. A while back, something along these lines was already discussed in the scripts forum.

    Cheers, Daniel

You could also have a Pick List with colour values applied to each value so that when you select a value, a colour bar appears next to your record. Set the form’s Record Colour Field property so it knows which field that has a Pick List assigned to it with colour values to use.

I can see the thing with the Pick List but im not convice for my case.
Maybe i can find a script in action with a sort of Task GTD thing?
