I’ve used tap form LT since 2010 and today went to check some saved data only to find I can’t access the app. I tried all sorts and deleted app only to find I couldn’t reload as no longer in store. I restored my entire iPhone to get it back. I still can’t access the app and quote desperate to get at my data at this stage. How can I access all the data from LT and get into pro or 5? I have paid the subscription but I am unable to do anything and desperately need the data. Please please someone help.

Just responding to your forum post here as I’ve already given you the instructions via email (and migrated your database for you to Tap Forms Pro).
I have a reply on my forum that shows how to get the data:

However, for people using Windows, you’ll need to use Apple’s iTunes app with the File Sharing feature to get access to the database files on your iOS devices.

thank you so much for your support last night and helping me resolve the transition to TapForms Pro from LT. You have redefined the gold standard in support. In an age where we get non human, automated support that often doesnt resolve issues, your support went above and beyond.
