    It is on the Ipad because when I search for it I can use it, but it is not showing on any of the screens. I have removed it from the Ipad several times and then reinstalled it, still the same problem. Enbling sync seems to go on forever with the revolving icon…. (iCloud)

    Make sure you have iCloud Drive enabled on your iPad.

    Also try rebooting to see if it shows up then. I don’t think that’s a Tap Forms bug or anything like that. Sounds more like a Springboard bug. The Springboard app is what manages all your app icons.

    Made no difference at all, a minor niggle. Strange I have no other aps that have done that.
