Tap Forms 5 vs. Tap Forms Mac 5

I think I have these two versions because I downloaded one from the App Store and another from…can’t remember where…the website?

I’ve been using Tap Forms Mac 5 since it is build 1660 and the other is only 861.

My questions:
– Does it matter which I use?
– Should I delete the one I am not using?
– How do I get updates for TFm5?

You can delete whichever one you don’t want to use. Different version numbers, but functionally identical.

To get updates to the direct download version (Tap Forms 5 Mac 1660), use the Check for Updates function in the Tap Forms Mac 5 menu. For the App Store version, of course you go to the App Store to get updates.

Generally the direct download version gets an update a bit quicker than the Mac App Store version because I don’t have to go through App Store review for the direct download version.
