Good Evening,
I’m a new Tap Forms user but an old Access user. :)
I have a recipes form. The form has several standard fields, but also includes a photo field, a table for ingredients and a notes field for instructions.
I’ve noticed that after entering the ingredients list in the table and then going to the notes field to enter the instructions, after I close out of the notes field, nearly every time, one or more of the ingredients field is missing the ingredients or the fields are mixed-up. At times, the photo I’ve added of the dish will also disappear.
Any advice? As it stands now, the form is useless since I have to frequently go back in and redo the table entries/add new photos.
Respectfully.

I have a similar problem: In one form I built a new layout, which was mixed up 2-3 times. Every time I closed the database and opened it again, something was missing in my layout. Now it seems to work, but it was quite strange…
I fixed the bug yesterday that caused the mixup within the Table field that Doug was describing. He provided me with a video that showed the issue and I was able to fix it quickly.
It happened only when the last thing typed into the Table field wasn’t saved. That is, focus was still on the field and the field value hadn’t been saved yet. When a Note field was saved, it refreshed the record details view and caused this problem. So now what I do is change focus when you click the Note edit button so that a save is triggered on the field within the Table field that you just typed into. The problem no longer occurs after that. The fix will be in the next update.
