I downloaded one of the templates to Tap Forms Pro on my Macbook Pro and began to populate the Form with data. I then tried to sync using iCloud sync and only some records came across to my iPhone and iPad and many of the records that did sync were missing data. I have tried to turn sync off and on, rebooted my devices etc and nothing seems to work. Any ideas on how to get sync to work properly?
Brendan emailed me and I discovered that there is a specific sequence that you have to go through in setting up a new document and getting it to sync across devices. Once I did this syncing seems to work. Thanks Brendan for your quick response!
Excellent. I’m glad that worked for you.
For anyone else stumbling on this thread, please see the video I made on how to sync between devices on my YouTube channel:

Started having problems with syncing again. When I add a new form on macos and add records it does not sync properly to ios. Loses data and some form structure is missing.Anyone else having these issues?
I’m also experiencing synchronization issues. Even after deleting the document from iCloud, an older version of the document keeps overwriting the most recent one. I’ve been trying everything recommended for a day now, without success. The issue seems to be that only some changes are syncing, while others are not.
