Sync problems – records don't match

    Hi, I’m still quite new to Tap Forms. I’m using an iPad and iPhone (sometimes iMac, but not at the minute.)

    I have a small database where I store my fabric stash. My iPad has 2 items that aren’t on my phone and my phone has one item that isn’t on the iPad.

    Have I done some syncing in the wrong order or something similar? Not sure where to start looking.

    They were previously both working and I have pressed the sync button on both of them.

    Any suggestions for me to try?

    PS – I realise the sync button is for sending data, not receiving it. Is it possible I’ve made some changes somewhere and not synced the info?

    Try making a small change on the records which haven’t synced. They should sync over to the other device after that.

    Hi, apologies, I only just got chance to try this. It took a few attempts. I have to make small changes in several different places, but it did work in the end.
