Pant_greekParticipantHallo Brendan
Wishing you a happy new year
Problem again with Sync.
After adding a new records in my iphone could not ever sync via iCloud.
I manage to bring the record on Mac via Bluetooth.
Then i backup the complete set on Mac, DropBox, and Gmail drive.
Then i delete all records from iCloud, and reinstalled Tapforms in Iphone and iPad.
Synced initially the Mac to Icloud which seems done successfully.
Then every attempt combination to bring these record to the peripheral devices (Iphone, iPad) failed. Icloud syncs overnight with no result, dropbox restore from backup fails as Tapforms can connect to the DropBox.
Looking the forum, i see that i cannot find anywhere in my Mac files the ~/Library/Mobile Documents/FXLPHZS84D~com~clickspace~tapforms/SyncDocuments to see if they are correct.
Were do you look for them?
Any other idea of what is wrong?
Thank you

BrendanKeymasterHi Pantelis,
Go to the Finder, then click on the Go menu, then click on “Go to Folder…”
Then paste in:
~/Library/Mobile Documents/FXLPHZS84D~com~clickspace~tapforms/SyncDocuments
You will see the files.
However, I don’t know if it’s just Tap Forms, but I’m having troubles getting sync to work myself right now. It could be something wrong with Apple’s iCloud servers right now.
It was working yesterday, but today not so much.
I’m still investigating this issue.
Thanks,
Brendan

Pant_greekParticipantGot it. I have 38 such document from midnight yesterday. They times i attempted sync with cloud.
Should i erase?January 1, 2013 at 1:18 PM #5807
BrendanKeymasterI’m not the only one that appears to be having troubles with iCloud sync today. I’ve been reading the Apple Developer Support Forums today and there are all kinds of developers having the same issues with iCloud sync today.
You don’t want to erase those files by hand. They should be erased using the Reset iCloud Sync button on your iOS device. However, it seems that iCloud is broken today so that’s not going to work. I’m hoping Apple will fix this issue soon.
I’ll post a message to the forums when I find out what’s going on and when it gets resolved.
Thanks,
Brendan
