I have the app open with the same document I want to sync on both my Mac and my phone. They are on the same network, and Tapforms sees my phone when I go to the sync tab (my phone has a green dot in the “available” column), but even then the “Sync Now” option is always grayed out in File. How do I fix this?
With auto-sync enabled on Cloudant, the Sync Now button will be disabled because sync happens automatically. For Nearby, sync is always automatic at this point in time.
Make sure you add each device to each other so they both know about each other. Sync won’t happen if the document isn’t opened at the same time on both devices.
