Hi – I have been experiencing Sync issues with my iPad Pro using iCloud. on my iPad Pro I’m missing transactions. I have deleted the database from icloud several times and tried the Sync again, but had no luck. I even made a copy of the database and did a new Sync (different DB id). When I compare the databases and identify the missing transaction and edit the transactions then that transaction get’s synced. Is there a way to force a full synch again?
any help is greatly appreciated,
rocky
Hi Rocky,
To force a full sync, disable iCloud sync, then click the Delete from iCloud button. Then re-enable iCloud sync.
Then once it’s finished syncing, close and re-open the document. A 2nd sync cycle will happen.
When it’s done, close it, then use the Send Document function to send another copy of the document to your other devices. Remove the document that’s already there first.
That’ll guarantee you have exact copies of an already synced document on each device.
Thanks,
Brendan
Hi Brendan – Thank! That worked
