I would find it REALLY useful to have a small window somewhere in both ios and os versions to show maybe ‘Date/Time last synced….’. The only way to tell is to remember and look at some records you know you changed very recently – unless I am missing something! Likely!
I know there is a sync sending / fetching indicator in the ipad verson but that is only temporary, but I don’t see anything at all on the Mac. I am using iCloud sync by the way.

On the Mac version those messages appear at the bottom-right of the window, to the right of the < 1 of # > buttons.
So as soon as you make a change, Tap Forms sends the data up to iCloud. Whether the device on the other side has synced, it’s impossible to know for the source device that made a change.
So if I were to add a date there, it would mostly be the current date of the time you last made a change. If you want to trigger a sync, just make a change in your database.
