Hi Brendan
Just wondering, all the 25K sync files created, are they just kept in the Cloud until you reset sync? I guess they must be to catch a device that has not synced for a long time. I have three, two are in constant use and one rarely!
Cheers
Tony
Hi Tony,
Yes, the TFSyncDoc files contain the changes which you’ve made since the last time you pressed the upload to iCloud button. They are essentially encrypted SQLite database files. When you Reset iCloud Sync, those files get deleted. The next time you upload to iCloud, your entire database file is uploaded (but without any indexes, just the data).
Thanks,
Brendan
