    Hi Brendan,

I’ve just downloaded and subscribed to the iOS version of Tap Forms Pro on my phone via the AppStore. I’m now looking at the macOS version: if I choose to subscribe will I end up paying twice or will it work out that I’m the same person?

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Hi Mark,

Click the Restore Purchase button and you should be good to go.

If you get an error or it doesn’t seem to work for some reason, just quit the Mac version and re-launch it. You should be good to go then.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Thanks, Brendan.

    That works.

Not having any luck getting them to sync, but I’ll keep working on it.

Checkout my Sync how to video on my YouTube channel and see if that helps:

Thanks. Think I’ve fixed it. My mistake was to import the old Tap Form 5 data into the Tap Form Pro documents on all of my machines, not just one of them. By deleting the database documents on my desktop and laptop (but not my phone), I was then able to sync from iCloud. They all appear to be talking to each other now.

Excellent. Yes, that’s the proper way to do it. Otherwise each device has technically a different document even if the data is the same, and that won’t sync.

    I’m glad that worked Mark!
