sorting

I can’t get this form to sort on the primary sort date “Purchased”.
Can you tell me why & how to fix it?

Hi Glen,

You have 3 levels of sorting going on. The first sort is from grouping by your Item field.

Then within each Item section, you’re sorting by the Purchased date field.

Then for every item that was purchased on the same day, you’re sorting by the Item name.

However, every one of your Item names is unique. So they are each in their own section.

You may want to set the “Group Records By” setting to Unspecified.

Then your records will be automatically grouped and sorted by the Purchased date.
