I purchased Taps forms 5 last night, have created a database but I am unable to sort the fields. I have 4 fields to sort by, in the following order:
Chapter (a pick list)
Section (another pick list)
Key Phrase
Article Number
I have used the sort and group settings, selecting the first to fourth sort fields as above, but nothing changes.
Am I missing something?

There are 3 sort fields and the group setting. The Group Records By setting takes precedence over the other 3 sort fields. So your records would first be grouped by the field you chose for Group Records By. Then the records within that would be ordered by the First Sort Field. Then the records within the section of values that are from the First Sort Field would be ordered by the Second Sort Field, and so on, to the Third Sort Field.
I’d have to see your database to be able to figure out why it’s not sorting the way you want it to. It really depends on your data and how unique the data is. The sorting is done in a hierarchical manner.
