sharing between devices

    Hi

    I am trying to create a form that I can share with employees to gather information. How can they complete the form and keep it synced with me? It will be forms that get updated daily. Please advise the best method. Thank you in advance.

    Hello Shawn,

    First you need to send them the form template. You can email it to them by using the Email Form function which is available from the action menu button on the Edit Form screen.

    Then, they’ll need to email you the records which they’ve entered into their copy of the form. You can import those records into your form using the Import Records command available from the action menu button on the records list view.

    If they export their records with Record IDs turned on, then if they make updates to the records, when you import the file, the records on your copy will get updated. Any new records will be added.
