In my old version of Tap Forms I had several different databases that were not rated. Some were personal databases and some were club databases. I’ve imported that file into Tap Forms 5 and everything works fine, but now I’d like to divide those databases into different Database Documents so I can share the club stuff without sharing my personal stuff. Is there a way to do that other than simply importing again and deleting the Documents from that new import that I don’t want included?

    Hi Colleen,

Yes there is. In the File menu you can use the new Export Tap Forms Archive command. That’ll create a new .tfarc file which you can then import into a new empty database document.

You can even send these .tfarc files to other Tap Forms users who can then import it into their own documents. Or of course you can just share the same exact document if you ever wanted to sync it with them separately from your own documents.

    Thanks!
