I sent via wifi a database to the iPhone and everything went well, the same database sent to the iPad can not transfer it. Find the iPad, makes me click on the Mac, it appears on the iPad box to accept the file, accept it and everything stops them. They updated both to 9.3.3

Make sure you don’t have any documents open on the iOS version at the time you send from another device.
Yes no document open, but I may have solved by creating a backup of my file on Mac to iCloud, then I opened “my life” files on iPad and I loaded the backup from iCloud. Now I have my updated file on iPad and also seems to see it in sync.
