    I have the link working fine, but when I call up a search using the tick mark on the linked database I can only search on the first field of data. Is this as it should be or am I missing something?

    Ideally I’d like to search on all the data or be able to switch between fields in the search.

    You can’t access saved searches to target specific fields, but the search should span any of the text, note, and number fields you have in the child form.

    It does thanks. I just didn’t think it did – that is a great help now I know it does.
