I have one item to solve and TapForms will work for my longterm project!
I have a form which has a ‘Checkmark’ type Field.
Whereas I know I can do a Search for contents of other fields like text, how do I search for whether a record has a field with a checkmark on?
Example (screenshot attached). I have 5 records. 3 have a Flag turned on. When all 5 records are displayed, the total Sale amount is of course displayed as the total of all 5 records. I’d like to do a search which will only show the 3 ‘Flagged’ records, and of course the total of only those 3 records.
How do I perform this search?
Thanks so much!
Davo

OK. Solved.
I didn’t realize the Filter Icon would provide the Saved Search with advanced options.
Not how I’d expect to approach it, but it works a treat.

Hi Davo,
Checkmark fields are stored as simple 0 or 1 values in the database. And searching for a 0 or a 1 across all fields–which is what the general Search field does, would probably not work well for Checkmark fields. I’m glad you found the advanced search where you can specific exactly which field you want to search, which of course works great with Checkmark fields.
Thanks!
