is it possible, to search over all forms (within xxx.tapforms) ? I can search only in the selected form.

Yes it is.
On the Mac version, when you type in a value into the main Search field, the current form is searched. But you’ll see a button appear next to the form name at the top of the records list view called All Forms. Click on that to extend the search to all forms.
On iOS, just tap on the Search tab and type your search term into the search field there.
