Has anyone noticed in TFP that setting a menu shortcut for a script doesn’t work? I’ve tried different shortcuts and made sure that it’s not sharing a shortcut with another menu item. I feel it might be a macOS Tahoe thing? I’ve included a screenshot to show what the shortcuts looks like.

I noticed that sometimes it doesn’t work, other times there’s no problem. Did you try to relaunch TFP? I’m on Sequoia.

It is possible there are new security requirements for shortcuts on macOS Tahoe.
I’m using a third-party framework called ShortcutRecorder which handles that code for me. Although I just tested it and it does seem to be working for me.
I still can’t get the shortcuts to work. I recreated in a new form and the shortcuts work. Go figure.
