I have set up a saved search on my Mac to find any record that has not had a pick list field populated. So my rule is as attached. Type and Category are both pick list fields. Only problem – I know I have some entries which do not have one or both of those pick lists populated, but the search finds nothing? Help welcome!

Hi Tony,
I just tested this very configuration and it is working as expected for me. If either of those values or both are empty, the record is returned in the search results.
Maybe try changing it to All and then back to Any. Then click on a different form or search and then click back on your search to see if it’s updated.

Tried that and, for whatever reason, SORTED!

Saving the Saved Search with different parameters will update the index and that probably caused it to work again.
