Is there a way to rearrange the columns on the multicolumn list view? Also, is there a reliable way to select several cells of a column – it works occasionally, but is not consistent. I’m new to Tap Forms, so there are many things that are different for me here.

Yes. Click on the little tool button at the top-right of the multi-column list view. Then you can use that popover view to rearrange the fields and to show and hide fields. Click the Save button when you’re done.
To select several cells of a column just click the first cell and drag downwards. Or use shift-arrow keys to select cells.
