Good afternoon. I a single document on my iPad and iPhone that I use for all my forms. It was created by default when I purchased Tap Forms 5. It is titled “Stephen’s iPhone X”. I want to rename it but cannot figure out how to do it. Any help on renaming a document?

Hi Stephen,
To rename a document on iOS, first close it by tapping on the (v) button at the top-left of the My Forms screen. It’s also available on some of the other screens such as Tools.
Then tap on the (i) button at the bottom of the Documents screen and tap on the document you want to display the Document Info screen for.
From there you can rename a document and save it.
