    This may be a small tip but I thought I would share it anyway.

    The following steps work:

    1. Open a photo in the Mac Preview app
    2. Hit cmd + A to select the photo
    3. Hit cmd + C to copy the photo
    4. Select the photo field in TF
    5. Hit cmd + V to paste

    As a keyboard shortcut nerd this is better than dragging / dropping!

    I’d also like to add that this works only on a custom layout.
