When trying to create a new layput, I have the create field titles box checked, yet when I drag a field onto the new layout, two text boxes are displayed. One has the data contained in the field. The other is an empty box which I assume is supposed to be the field title. Am I missing a setting somewhere or is this the intended way the function works.
I reproduced the issue, try clicking on the box for the label and then enable the text inspector and click on the colour picker. It had for me initially a black and white icon then clicking on it made it solid black. Doing that set the colour for me and then it seemed to fix it.
Hope this unblocks you in the short term but definitely a bug.
I think it’s because I didn’t have a default colour specified for those static text objects. I’ve just set it to black. Next update will fix it.
