Hi Vernon,
Make sure you have the layout selected for the label that you created. Then select the Print command from the File menu. Then click on the Show Details button to view other options.

Sorry sir. But it is simply not clear how to print labels. All I see when I print (as you describe the process above) is a list of the records. I do not see it in label format. I have my label layout selected. I have designed for a label, selected it, edited it – all this seems perfect – and easy. Also I never see the label data appear in the layout window (if its supposed to? it would make sense). And I only see a list in my print preview, I never see (or print) labels.

OK. I figured it out – I had to drag the fields into the label area. Easy enough – May I respectfully suggest that an example or template would be extremely helpful!
