1- Are you working on a way to print multiple pages from a custom layout in v5?
2- Any support for viewing or printing custom layouts on the iOS version? If not, are you working on it?

1. I haven’t worked on that, but we’ll see what I’ve got next once 5.2 is released. I was thinking of having a popup button on the Layout Inspector panel for the selected layout which lets you select a “Next Layout” option. Then if you printed the first layout, it would then print the second layout right after for the current record, then move on to the next record, etc. Just an idea though.
2. I haven’t worked on custom layouts for iOS. It’s a pretty big job.
