Hi. I have a form with a photo field. I can add a photo from the camera without issue, but can’t seem to select from photo library? Running iPhone 6, latest tapforms version from App Store 5.0.8
    Thanks for any pointers.

    Hi Dominic,

When you tap on the (+) button to add a new photo, it should ask you if you want to use the camera or use the Photo Library. Do you not get that option?

Does Tap Forms have permission to access your Photo Library? Check that in the Settings app under the Privacy settings. Make sure Tap Forms has permission.

    Permissions seem fine.
I tap the plus symbol, the dialog to take New or use existing pops up. I can use the camera without issue, but if I choose an existing photo, everything goes as you would expect, but I have no photo at the end.

That’s strange. I can’t reproduce that issue. When I select a photo, it adds it as requested.

Can you test that out on a brand new database document and a new form to see if it exhibits the same problem?

New doc, new form and stool the same. I’ll try and get a video from another device to show.

That would be helpful to see. You can email it to me at support@tapforms.com instead of posting it here.
