Hello! Been a very happy user of Tap Forms the past few months – it’s proven to be a very good replacement for Bento for me.

Anyway….I decided to beta test El Capitan last week, and since then..I haven’t been able to get Tap Forms to display any of my forms. When I open Tap Forms I’m able to get the top menu, but that’s absolutely all I can see.

Is Tap Forms compatible with El Capitan? If so, any ideas what my problem might be?

    Hi Matthew,

It works, but I’ve found that you have to clear out the preferences first before it does.

Launch the Terminal application and type in the following command:

    defaults delete com.tapforms.mac

Then press the Return key to accept the command.

Then launch Tap Forms. You’ll have to re-select your Sync Service and setup other preferences again.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
