Hi
I am trying to order records in a saved search by priority (star rating field) and make the records display by highest priority at the top – so from 5 stars down to one. Even though I have the first field sort set to priority they dont go to the top. What am I doing wrong please?

Set the sort direction to descending and that’ll solve that problem.
Sorry Brendan, it didn’t! Is it anything to do with the main form settings compared to the sved search settings. I have been round and round in circles changing things, and got nowhere! Help appreciated.

Hmm… Do you also have the Group Records By setting turned on for your Saved Search? That affects the sort order too.
Also, please email me your form template and I’ll look into it further when I get back to my hotel this evening.
