Brendan,
On the iOs versions the setting decimal with 2 decimals on the number fields shows no decimals when number is i.e 45,00 and just 1 decimal when a number is i.e. 45,10 .
decimals are truncated if ending with zero.

Hello Leo,
Hmm… It behaves that way for currency number formats, but not for decimal formats. Do you need it to behave that way for non-currency formats too?
Thanks,
Brendan
It has do to with my accountant. He doesn’t like the € prefix. And by an export the symbolis exported to. That’s all.
But I can live with it.
I guess the real issue is what would people really like? I can make it work either way. If for example you had 3 decimals in your value, but you selected 2 decimal places, then Tap Forms would round the display to 2 decimals. But if you have only 1 decimal, it’s not padding with an extra 0. I suppose a setting to let people choose what it does would be best. But it’s also another setting to manage and for people to understand. Imagine if I added every possible feature and had 100 settings on every field type :-) So I like to keep it to the bare minimum of what is really needed. And if the majority of the users would need decimal place padding, then that’s what I can do.
Thanks!
Brendan
No problem. I can live either way
