I would like to generate a report (export or print) a table of data from two forms. I have two forms, first form: STUDENTS (Names) and second form HAIR COLOR (hair colors). I’ve linked the two forms and would like to generate a list that can be sorted so that I can see all of the students with red hair for example. I don’t need only a list of red haired students (nice but not necessary) just a table that can be sorted.
When I try to export or print I get all of the fields from one form and only field names, no data, from the link form.
Any help is appreciated.
Hi Steve,
Go to the child form and select Print from the File menu.
Then click on the Fields tab.
Then click on Select All.
Then go back to the parent form.
They should print then.
For some reason that does not seem to be working.

Can you click the little tool button at the top-right of the Link to Form field on your parent form’s record to see if the checkmark buttons are enabled there too?
